Welcome to SugarCoded, a mobile application offered by SmartGurlz. This Privacy Policy describes our collection and use of personal information collected from users of our app “App”. By accessing or using our Service, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

HOW WE COLLECT AND USE INFORMATION

We do not ask that you register or provide any personal information when you use our App. We may collect and store personal information you provide to us in some other manner, such as by sending us email communications. 
 User Content.  You may create content on the App such as blocks of code. This data is stored on your native mobile device and is not collected by the App or uploaded to our servers.

PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 13

SugarCoded is intended to be enjoyed by persons of all ages, we do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

The Apps may contain links to and from third party websites of our corporate affiliates, business partners, advertisers, and social media sites. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies.
